Your place to the chosen course will only be confirmed upon reception of full payment and completion of the enrolment form.
If you want to cancel your seat for a WSET class, this must done in writing.
If cancelled more than and excluding ten days before the start of the course, a full refund will be processed, minus the cost of your study pack if already sent. ($150 for Level 2, $200 for Level 3)
Course cancelled including or less than ten days before the start of the course will not be refunded.
The Wine Tip reserves the right to cancel a course in case of insufficient enrolment numbers, in which case, students would choose between a free transfer to another date or a full refund (minus study pack fee mentioned above if applicable).
If a student commits an infraction during the remote Invigilated exam leading to disqualification, The Wine Tip cannot be held accountable, and no refund will be granted. See common causes for RI Exam re-sits here.
For Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and non refundable.
For wines
Wine purchases are non returnable and non refundable.
Despite careful sourcing and cellaring practices, The Wine Tip cannot be held responsible for a small proportion of bottles to be (and not limited to) out of condition, corked, oxidized.
